These terms govern your use of the BrainBaazi website and browser-based puzzle games.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BrainBaazi website and its browser games, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the games.

2. Use of BrainBaazi

BrainBaazi provides browser games, informational guides and optional player accounts. Normal gameplay may be available without signing in; profile features, favorites, saved progress, comments and rankings can require Google sign-in. You may use the service for lawful personal entertainment.

Accounts and community features

Google sign-in is optional for basic play but required for certain player features. You are responsible for appropriate use of your account and for the content you post. Comments and reviews may be held for moderation, hidden or removed when they violate site rules. Public rankings and profiles depend on available privacy settings; your email address is not intended for public rankings.

Game scores, XP, challenges and leaderboards are entertainment features. Scores reported by browser games may not be independently verified, and availability can vary by game.

3. Browser Games

The games are intended to run in modern web browsers on desktop, tablet and mobile devices. Gameplay experience may vary depending on your device, browser version, settings and network conditions. JavaScript must be enabled for the games to function.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the BrainBaazi website — including game design, graphics, text, logos, layout and software — is owned by or licensed to BrainBaazi and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works from the site or games without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of the games as intended.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to disrupt, overload or interfere with the website or games
  • Use automated means to access the service in a way that harms performance or other users
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code beyond what is publicly available in the browser
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose

6. Local Browser Storage

Supported game state may be stored locally in your browser. When signed in, selected gameplay progress, favorites, comments, achievements and session activity may also be stored on BrainBaazi servers. Not every game supports progress synchronization.

  • Browser-local data normally remains on the device and browser you use; signed-in account records are separate.
  • Clearing browser data, site data or local storage may permanently remove saved progress.
  • Only supported account features may transfer across devices. Local game data and unsupported progress may not transfer automatically.
  • Storage availability depends on your browser settings and device.

BrainBaazi does not guarantee that local progress will be preserved under all conditions.

7. Third-Party Services

The website may rely on hosting, security, analytics, content-delivery or other third-party services. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. BrainBaazi is not responsible for the practices of third-party services outside its direct control.

8. Advertising

BrainBaazi may display or introduce third-party advertising services in the future. Any such advertising will be subject to the policies of the advertising providers and applicable consent mechanisms. The presence of these Terms does not guarantee that advertisements are currently shown on every page.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the website and games available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, hosting issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and games are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the games will meet your expectations, be free of defects, or that progress data will never be lost.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BrainBaazi and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress, profits or goodwill arising from your use of (or inability to use) the website or games. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall be limited to the amount you paid us (if any) for access during the twelve months preceding the claim, or zero if the service is provided free of charge.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will be published on this page. Continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
