How do I start a game?
Open Online Games, choose a title and click Play. Most games can open without an account. Check the How to Play guides for selected games.
Why is a game not loading?
Reload the page, check your network connection and ensure JavaScript is enabled. Try an updated browser such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari. If one game fails, report its title and any visible browser-console error. Some 3D titles may not work on devices without sufficient WebGL support.
Why is my progress missing?
Progress support differs by game. Some titles use browser storage; others report selected results to your signed-in account. Check whether you changed device, browser or account. Avoid clearing site data until you have checked whether that game synchronizes progress. Not all games support restoring the last level.
What is saved with Google Login?
Sign-in supports account-specific features including eligible puzzle progress, favorites and selected achievement records. An uploaded game may not have score synchronization enabled. A game opening successfully does not guarantee its scores were uploaded.
How do comments and rankings work?
Comments are reviewed before appearing publicly. Rankings include only users who opted into public participation. Where score tracking is unavailable, activity may be shown separately; uploaded scores are not independently verified.
Playing on mobile
For racing or 3D games, use fullscreen if available and rotate the device when the game recommends landscape mode. If controls feel unresponsive, check whether a browser overlay or zoom setting is interfering.
Report an issue
Tell us the game, the approximate time, your device/browser, and what happened. Do not send passwords, authentication codes or private credentials.
